Supplement tracker · Android beta
Your supplements, without having to think about them.
A reminder at dose time. One tap to mark it. A warning before the bottle runs out. Open, mark, leave.
Android beta now. iPhone soon.

Everything stays on this phone.
No banners, no sponsored brands.
It never says what to take.
Skipped for today. No big deal.
What it does
Six things. Nothing more.
A reminder at dose time.
With a Taken button. If you do not mark it, it can repeat in 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Or never.
One tap to mark.
Tap a row and it is done. Hold it to skip. Hold the circle and the whole moment is marked.
Every bottle counts down.
Each marked dose takes from the bottle. It warns you before it runs out, as many days ahead as you choose. New bottle, one tap.
Real formats.
Pill, powder, sachet or liquid, in pills, grams, scoops, sachets, millilitres or drops. Creatine is counted in grams.
A calendar of dots, and a streak.
Every supplement has its own. A past day is fixed by tapping it. No confetti, no reproach.
Pause, do not delete.
Stopping something is a decision about your schedule, not a deletion. The history stays yours.
A day with Supli
Four moments. About ten seconds of your attention.
Nothing to plan, nothing to log. The phone tells you when, you tell it done. The rest counts itself.
The night card is live. Tap a row or hold the circle.
- 08:00TakenTime for vitamin D.Tap to mark it.
A notification with a Taken button. Tap it from the lock screen and you are done. If you do not, it can repeat in 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Or never.
- 14:00
Open the app, tap the row, leave. Hold the row instead and it is skipped. No confirmation either way.
- 21:30
Several at the same time? Hold the circle and all of them are marked at once.
- 21:31I have a new oneCreatine runs out. 4 days left.20 of 300 g
Every marked dose counts down the bottle. It warns you the days before, you choose how many. New bottle, one tap, and it counts again.
The shelf
Every bottle, with the days it has left.
Calculated from your schedule, not guessed. What runs out first comes first, in colour. Pills, powder, sachets or drops. Creatine is counted in grams.

Yours alone
Everything stays on this phone.
No account, no cloud, nobody watching. It works without a connection. Each supplement keeps its bottle, its schedule and its calendar of dots, and none of it travels anywhere.
- Export a copy when you want. A file you keep, to restore on a new phone.
- Missed yesterday but took it? Tap the day on the calendar. The streak counts it.
- Pause a supplement. It stops reminding you and stops counting the bottle down.
Who it is for
Made for people who take four or more. With one you remember. With five you lose count.
Magnesium and vitamin D, or creatine and protein. It does not matter. The problem is not the supplement, it is the count. Supli is not for medication: that is Medisafe or Apple Health, with doctors and interactions, and Supli says so.
Before you download
The questions people ask first.
No. What you take is your call. Supli helps you remember and tells you when each bottle runs out.
It is not built for that. Medication apps have clinical doses, interactions and doctors. Supli is for supplements.
Not today. Everything is saved on your phone. If you change phones, export a copy and restore it.
Nothing. Mark it as skipped or leave it, and tomorrow is another day. The streak counts what you mark on the day or the next.
You tell it how many units the bottle holds and how much you take. Every marked dose counts down. When the days you chose are left, it warns you.
No, and there will not be.
When you add it you say how full it is: unopened, three quarters, half or a quarter.
Yes. It does not use the internet for anything.
The Android beta is free to use. Pricing for the public release will be announced before it launches, and beta users will hear it first.
English and Spanish, following the language of your phone.
Soon. The iOS version is being prepared for TestFlight.
