Who offers Supli#

Supli and this website are offered by PENDIENTE, tax ID PENDIENTE, registered at PENDIENTE. You can write to us at PENDIENTE.

What Supli is#

Supli is an app that reminds you to take your supplements, lets you mark each dose and tells you when a bottle is about to run out. It is a reminder and a counter. Nothing more.

What Supli is not#

Supli does not recommend supplements, does not analyse your health and does not give medical advice. It does not check doses, interactions or suitability. What you take, how much and when is your decision, ideally with a professional.

Supli is not designed for medication. If you take prescribed medicines, use an app built for that.

Who can use it#

You must be at least 14. Below that age, only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Using the app#

We give you permission to use Supli on your own devices, for personal use. You may not copy, resell or redistribute it, or try to extract its source code.

Reminders depend on your phone: battery settings, notification permissions and system updates can delay or block them. Do not rely on Supli alone for anything where a missed dose has serious consequences.

The beta#

While Supli is in beta it is free, it may have bugs and it may change from one version to the next. We give it to you to try out and tell us what breaks.

Price and subscriptions#

Supli is free today. In the future, part of the app may be paid, through a subscription. If that happens:

• Before you pay, the app will show you the price, what it includes and, if there is a trial, how long it lasts. Nothing is charged without you accepting it in the store.
• The purchase, billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by Google Play or the App Store, under their terms.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it in the store. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• If we change the price, we will tell you before it applies, and the store will ask you to confirm it where required.
• Refunds follow the store's policy and the rights the law gives you.

Your data does not depend on paying: what you log stays on your phone and you can export it even without a subscription.

Your data#

Everything is stored on your phone. You are responsible for exporting a backup if you want one. We cannot recover data that was only on a device. How we handle the little that reaches us is in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property#

The app, this website, its texts, its design and the Supli brand are ours or used with permission. You can link to and quote the website, citing the source. The downloadable template is for your personal use: print it and share it, but do not sell it.

Warranty and liability#

Supli is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from its use or from a missed reminder. None of this limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes#

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when. If a change is significant, we will say so in the app's update notes before it applies. Continued use of Supli after that means you accept it.

Law and complaints#

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the rights the law of your country gives you, and you can go to the courts where you live. Before that, write to us at PENDIENTE: almost everything gets fixed with an email.
