How the count works
Capsules in the bottle divided by capsules per dose gives the number of doses. Divided by doses a day gives the days. A bottle of 90 at one a day lasts 90 days; at two a day, 45; at three, 30.
Powders and liquids
The same count works for any container: change the unit to grams or millilitres and enter what you use each time. Protein and creatine have their own calculators, with the tub sizes people actually buy.
Bottles that were already open
Almost nobody adds a bottle the day they open it. Instead of counting capsules, look at the bottle and pick unopened, three quarters, half or a quarter. It is what Supli asks when you add one.
