The sheet above is editable. Type your supplements and print it, or save it as a PDF from the print dialog. What you type stays in your browser.
How to use it
Write each supplement once, with its dose and the time of day you take it: morning, lunch, night. Several at the same time can share the same moment.
Tick the box each day you take it. At the end of the week, write down what is left in each bottle. When a number gets low, it is time to buy another.
What a sheet cannot do
It does not remind you, and the count of what is left is yours to keep. That is fine with two bottles. With five, and three moments a day, it is the part people drop.
Supli does both. A reminder at dose time with a Taken button, one tap to mark, and a warning days before each bottle runs out.
