Supli reminds you to take your vitamin D at the time you choose, and you mark it with one tap. It counts the softgels or drops left in the bottle and warns you a few days before it runs out.

Every day, at your time
Pick the moment and the time. A notification arrives with a Taken button, and tapping it from the lock screen is enough. If you do not, it can come back after 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Or never.
Softgels, tablets or drops
Add it as it comes: a bottle of 60, 90 or 120 softgels, or a dropper counted in drops or millilitres. The dose is the one you already take; Supli counts it, it does not suggest it.
The bottle, counted
Every dose you mark comes off the bottle. The shelf shows the days left, and a few days before it runs out you get a heads-up. New bottle, one tap, and it counts again.

Questions
- Does Supli tell me how much vitamin D to take?
- No. You set the dose you already take. Supli counts it; it does not recommend it. For how much, ask a professional.
- Can I set a weekly or monthly dose?
- Not yet. Supli schedules daily doses, in the morning, at midday or at night. A weekly or monthly dose, like an ampoule every two weeks, cannot be scheduled today.
- Does it work with vitamin D drops?
- Yes. Add it as a liquid and count it in drops or millilitres. For drops, enter how many the bottle holds; the label usually says it.
- How long will my bottle of vitamin D last?
- It depends on the size and your dose. At one softgel a day, a bottle of 120 is 120 days. The bottle calculator does it for any bottle, and the app keeps the count as you go.
- Is it free?
- The Android beta is free. Pricing for the public release will be announced before it launches.
- Does it work on iPhone?
- Soon. The Android beta is available now and the iOS version is being prepared for TestFlight.
