Creatine reminder app
A creatine reminder that counts the tub for you
Updated 18 September 2026
Supli reminds you to take your creatine every day at the time you choose, and you mark it with one tap. It counts the tub down in grams and warns you a few days before it runs out.

Every day, at your time
Pick the time. A notification arrives with a Taken button, and tapping it from the lock screen is enough. If you do not, it can come back after 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Or never.
The tub, in grams
Add the tub as it comes: 250 g, 300 g, 500 g or 1 kg. Set your dose in grams or scoops. The dose is yours; Supli only counts it. If the tub is already open, say how full it is.
How many days are left
Every dose you mark comes off the tub. The shelf shows the days left and puts what runs out first at the front. A few days before, it tells you: Creatine runs out. 4 days left. New tub, one tap, and it counts again.
A streak, without the fuss
Creatine gets its own calendar of dots. A day you forgot to mark is fixed by tapping it. A day marked as skipped does not break the streak.
Not only creatine
Protein, magnesium or vitamin D go in the same place, grouped by time of day. One reminder per moment, not one per tub.
- Open the creatine calculator
Only want the numbers?
The creatine calculator tells you how many days a 250 g, 300 g, 500 g or 1 kg tub lasts at your dose, and the date it runs out.
Questions
- What do I do if I forget to take my creatine?
- Supli will not tell you what to do with the dose. That is your call, and a professional’s if you have doubts. What it does: if you have not marked it, the reminder can come back after 15, 30 or 60 minutes. If the day passes, mark it as skipped. No big deal.
- Does it tell me how much creatine to take?
- No. You set the dose you already take, in grams or scoops. Supli counts it; it does not recommend it.
- How long will my tub of creatine last?
- It depends on the size and your dose. At 5 g a day, a 300 g tub is 60 days and a 1 kg tub is 200. The creatine calculator does it for any tub, and the app keeps the count as you go.
- Is it only for creatine?
- No. It is a supplement tracker: capsules, powders, sachets and drops, each with its bottle and its days left. Creatine is just the one people search for by name.
- Is it free?
- The Android beta is free. Pricing for the public release will be announced before it launches.
- Does it work on iPhone?
- Soon. The Android beta is available now and the iOS version is being prepared for TestFlight.
One reminder. One tap. The tub counts itself.
