The best supplement tracker apps in 2026, compared

Updated 18 September 2026

It depends on what you want from it. For a reminder at dose time and a warning before each bottle runs out, Supli or Supplement Tracker. For free reminders on iPhone, Apple Health. For medication, MyTherapy or Medisafe. For nutrients, Cronometer. To research what is in a product, SuppCo.

How we compared them

Eight apps, six criteria: what the app is made for, whether it reminds you at dose time, whether it counts what is left in the bottle, whether it needs an account, what is free, and where it runs. Everything about the other apps comes from their store listings, websites and help centers, read on 18 September 2026. Where a listing does not mention a feature, the table says so; it does not claim the feature is missing.

Supli is ours. It is in the list, and so is the app that does the most similar job.
