How long will my creatine last?
Pick the tub size and your daily dose. The calculator gives you the number of doses left and the day the tub runs out. If you only take it some days of the week, say so and it stretches the calendar.

At 5 g a day, a 300 g tub is 60 doses and lasts two months. A 500 g tub is 100 doses, a bit over three months. A 1 kg tub is 200 doses, about six and a half months. If you take 3 g, multiply those by 1.67. The scoop in the tub is usually 5 g when levelled, but check the label: some scoops are 3 g.
Once the tub is open
Creatine monohydrate is a dry powder and keeps well as long as the tub stays closed and dry. The manufacturer prints a best-before date on the tub; go by that. Clumps mean moisture got in. A tub that lasts six months will not be your problem; a tub you forgot at the back of the cupboard might be.
What the calculator does not tell you
How much to take, whether to take it on rest days, or whether to load. Those are questions for you, your coach or a professional. The calculator only counts what you tell it.
FAQ
- How many servings are in a 300 g tub of creatine?
- 60 servings at 5 g each. At 3 g, it is 100 servings.

- 100 days at 5 g a day, every day. If you only take it four days a week, the same tub lasts about 25 weeks.

- Yes. In Supli you add the tub in grams, mark each dose, and the shelf shows the days left. It warns you before it runs out.
